The original oil drain seal is made of hand-cut, very thin gasket paper, which more often causes oil loss. Even a silicon gasket does not eliminate the oil loss because the Turbo Charger heats up several 100 degrees.
Our oil run seal is constructed of fire proof material (up to 600 degrees C) reinforced with metal lining. The seals are machine-punched for KPS by a reputable gasket company.
These seals are placed between the Turbo Flansch and the oil drain hose, and is only suitable for the Mitsubishi-Turbo Charger.
